By booking or using any service from The Polished Address, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including general cleaning, and deep cleaning.
- Booking and Payment
- Payment is due before or upon service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and limited cash payments.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- 50% fee for cancellations made within 24 hours.
- No-shows are charged in full.

4. Responsibilities
Customers must provide access, a safe environment, and secure valuables before cleaning. Pets must be safely managed.
5. Damages & Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing property issues
- Fragile items not disclosed
- Products not supplied by us
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the specific service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with our service, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return to make it right free of charge.
7. Legal
These terms are governed by Florida law, with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County.
